Your purchase transaction will take place through PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. The PayPal interface allows you the option of using a credit card for payment if you wish.
After your purchase you will receive two emails. One will contain the receipt and the other will contain the download link for the accompaniment track(s). Occasionally the second email containing the download link gets filtered into a spam or junk mailbox, so please check there if you don't see both emails in your inbox.
Accompaniment Recording Licensing Agreement Terms
When you purchase this accompaniment track you are purchasing a license to use this accompaniment track in limited ways.
Pinkzebra retains all rights to this accompaniment track and music composition.
The license for this accompaniment track is non-transferable.
The license allows this accompaniment track to be used only as an accompaniment audio recording for a live or virtual choral performance and for rehearsal purposes. This accompaniment track cannot be redistributed except to members of the choral ensemble for rehearsal purposes. This accompaniment track cannot be posted or shared online for public downloading.
The license grants synchronization rights only for videos that show the live or virtual performance of the choir with this accompaniment track (e.g. YouTube videos or Facebook videos of a live or virtual performance). Permission is granted for the creation of ensemble performance videos only and is not granted for the creation of part-dominant practice videos. In no other way may this accompaniment track be used as the soundtrack for any video project or incorporated into a work in any other form.
This accompaniment track cannot be used in the creation of any audio recording intended to be sold or mass-produced (e.g. included on a CD, an iTunes single, streamed on Spotify, etc.).
Schools or choral organizations may distribute free videos showing live or virtual performances which utilize this accompaniment track (e.g. on a DVD or on social media). The distribution of any video of the performance with this accompaniment track that requires payment (e.g. performance DVD for sale) requires special permission from Pinkzebra.
